Consent, Release, and Refund Policy
Consent
In connection with Tomlinson Center events ("Center”) events, I irrevocably consent to, and authorize the use by you and your assignees and licensees, of any and all photographs and/or videos taken of the organization and/or the organization’s children and reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, and any derivative works of them, and to use them to publicize, promote and advertise the Center and any other sponsors of any Academy events. I also consent to the use of the organization’s and/or its children’s name or any fictitious name that may be chosen in connection with photographs taken of them. I release the Center and its assignees and its agents of all claims, of any kind, known or unknown, legal or equitable, common law or statutory, contract or tort, arising in whole or in part in connection with the use of the organization’s name and/or the organization’s children’s names, and the use and reproduction of any photograph regarding the same. I waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve any photographs, or any use that may be made of the organization’s name and/or photograph.
Waiver
Further, I understand that the Center and its assignees and agents are not responsible for the care, protection, and supervision of the organization’s children while at any Center Camp or event and I hereby release and/or waive all claims, of any kind, known or unknown, legal or equitable, common law or statutory, contract or tort, arising in whole or in part in connection with their presence at the event or camp. I accept that the risks of participating in sport is implied. Minors are responsible for their own transportation to and from the camp or event, and their own well-being and safety at the event or camp.
Refunds
All Center events require immediate scheduling of resources and therefore I understand that I am not entitled to a refund once registered. By registering, if a payment plan is selected, I waive any right to cancel, dispute, or use any method to avoid completing my payments obligation and understand that I will be denied registration or entry to camps or events in the future until that obligation is met.
